- (a) The Arkansas Psychology Board shall charge an annual license renewal fee of up to three hundred dollars ($300), per Arkansas Code § 17-97-309(c).
- (b) The amount will be regulated by the board in accordance with budgetary needs.
- (c) There shall be no prorated renewal fees.
