(a)
- (1) The Arkansas Psychology Board shall charge a one hundred-dollar fee for six (6) months or less of supervised practice as a provisional licensure applicant.
(2) This fee is:
- (A) Renewable consistent with extensions of time for practice; and
- (B) Due upon approval by the board.
- (b) The board shall charge a late fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) for late payment for renewal of a provisional license.
