17 CAR § 95-1011 – Arkansas licensees practicing in Distant or Receiving States under Psypact

(a) An Arkansas licensee practicing in another state under Psypact’s Temporary Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology shall be subject to that state’s laws and rules, including scope of practice.
(b) Any disciplinary action taken by a Distant or Receiving State against an Arkansas licensee shall be reported to the board and may result in additional discipline.
