- (a) When practicing in Arkansas under either a Temporary Authorization to Practice Interjurisdictional Psychology or an Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology, a psychologist from another Psypact member state is to abide by the laws and rules of the Arkansas Psychology Board, including scope of practice.
- (b) Violation of any law or rule may result in discipline by the board against either the Temporary Authorization to Practice or Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology.
- (c) Any disciplinary action taken shall be reported to both the Psychological Interjurisdictional Compact Commission and the psychologist’s home state licensing authority.
