(a)
- (1) When a sanction ordered by the Arkansas Psychology Board becomes final under the Arkansas Administrative Procedure Act, Arkansas Code § 25-15-201 et seq., such information shall be publicly disseminated, including a posting on the board’s newsletter or website.
(2) The posting shall include:
- (A) The licensee’s name;
- (B) A citation of the laws or statutes violated;
- (C) A brief description of the findings of fact; and
- (D) A description of the sanction.
- (b) Sanctions shall also be reported to the Psychological Interjurisdictional Compact Commission under the provisions of Psypact.
