(a) Should the Arkansas Psychology Board refuse to license any individual on the basis of any factors listed in Arkansas Code § 17-97-101 et seq.:
- (1) A rehabilitation plan shall be developed; and
- (2) Successful completion of the plan shall permit reapplication.
- (b) If refusal to license or register is based upon results of a criminal background check pursuant to Arkansas Code § 17-3-102(a) or (e), the license or registration may be granted only upon waiver by the board of the conviction.
