(a)

1. (1) The Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine shall hold an annual business meeting.
2. (2) Special meetings of the board may be called by the President of the Arkansas Board of Podiatric Medicine, or in the absence or inability of the president to act, by the members of said board, for the proper and efficient discharge of their duties as required by law.

(b)

1. (1) At all meetings of the board:

   1. (A) Three (3) members shall be necessary for the transaction of business; and
   2. (B) All motions must have two (2) favorable votes in order for them to carry.
2. (2) At examinations only one (1) member need be present to supervise the examination and render such service as may be needed.
