(a) No person shall be employed in the position of Director of the State Board of Barber Examiners unless that person has been:
- (1) Primarily employed in the active practice of barbering for at least five (5) years; or
- (2) Employed by the State Board of Barber Examiners for at least two (2) years, immediately prior to assuming the position of director.
- (b) No person shall be employed in the position of Investigator/ Inspector for the board unless that person has been primarily engaged in the active practice of barbering for at least two (2) years immediately prior to assuming the position of Investigator/Inspector.
