- (a) A professional bail bondsman can represent no more than one (1) professional bail bond company at a time.
- (b) A company that notifies the Professional Bail Bond Company and Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board it has terminated the appointment of a bail bondsman must wait a minimum of seven (7) days after notice of termination before requesting reinstatement of the bondsman’s license.
