- (a) Complaints may be filed and hearings will be conducted pursuant to Arkansas Code § 17-19-209.
(b)
- (1) Any person desiring to make a complaint concerning an alleged violation of Arkansas Code § 17-19-201 et seq., by any company or bondsman shall use the bail bond complaint form prescribed in Appendix G of this part.
- (2) A copy of the complaint form may be obtained from the Professional Bail Bond Company and Professional Bail Bondsman Licensing Board.
- (c) The form must be signed by the complaining party under penalty of perjury and be notarized.
