Codification Notes: This section as promulgated in Ark. R. 2026-31 (eff. April 2, 2026) included the following: "17 CAR § 261-123. Severability. If any provisions of this part, or the application thereof to any person, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or application of this part which can be given effect without the invalid provisions of applications, and to this end the provisions hereto are declared to be severable."
