(a)
- (1) For all professional engineers, professional surveyors, engineer interns, and surveyor interns, the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors shall issue a certificate.
(2) The certificate shall:
- (A) Show the name of the licensee and the license number; and
- (B) Be signed by the President of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors and Director of the State Board of Licensure for Professional Engineers and Professional Surveyors with the embossed seal of the board.
- (b) The issuance of a certificate of licensure by the board shall be prima facie evidence that the person named therein is licensed while the certificate remains unrevoked.
