Noncompliance for reporting less than required hours
Arkansas Code § 17-30-203; Arkansas Code § 17-48-104
(a)
- (1) A licensee who does not satisfy the continuing education requirement by reporting less than the required number of hours shall be placed on probationary status and notified of that status.
- (2) The licensee shall have six (6) months from the renewal dates to provide documentation of having obtained both the originally reported and the necessary additional hours or the licensee’s license will be placed in an inactive status.
- (b) Licensees placed on inactive status may return to active status as provided for in 17 CAR § 285-306.
