After due notice and hearing, a person found to have violated provisions of the Auctioneer’s Licensing Act, Arkansas Code § 17-17-101 et seq., or 17 CAR § 240-1401 et seq., may have any one (1) or more of the following sanctions imposed upon him or her by the Auctioneer’s Licensing Board:

1. (1) Suspension, revocation, or denial of the license or the renewal thereof;
2. (2) A penalty not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each violation;
3. (3) Conditions or restrictions placed upon the person’s license; or
4. (4) Such other requirements or penalties as may be appropriate to the circumstances or the case, and which would achieve the desired disciplinary purposes, but which would not impair the public welfare and morals.
