CPA firms established pursuant to Arkansas Code §§ 17-12-401 and 17-12-402 shall file with the Arkansas State Board of Public Accountancy a written notification of any of the following events concerning the practice of public accountancy within this state within thirty (30) days after its occurrence:
- (1) Formation of a new firm;
- (2) Addition of a partner, member, or shareholder;
(3) Retirement, withdrawal, or death of a:
- (A) Partner;
- (B) Member;
- (C) Manager; or
- (D) Shareholder;
- (4) Any change in the name of the firm;
- (5) Dissolution of the firm;
- (6) Change in the management of any office location registered in this state;
- (7) Establishment of a new office location providing accounting services in this state or the closing or change of address of an office location registered in this state; and
- (8) The occurrence of any event or events which would cause such firm not to be in conformity with the provisions of the Public Accountancy Act of 1975, Arkansas Code § 17-12-101 et seq., or this part.
