Contents include the following:

1. (1) Findings of fact made by the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers;
2. (2) Conclusions of law reached by the board;
3. (3) The order of the board based upon these findings of fact and conclusions of law; and
4. (4) A statement informing the person whose license is involved of his or her right to request a judicial review and the time within which such a request must be made.
