1. (a) Requests for modifications to the examination procedure to accommodate physical or other disabilities must be made to the Arkansas State Board of Architects, Landscape Architects, and Interior Designers in writing.
2. (b) A physician’s report must accompany the request in order to confirm the nature and extent of the disability.

3. (c)

   1. (1) The board shall send its recommendations for modifications to NCARB for a final determination.
   2. (2) NCARB has the final authority with regard to any modifications to the examination.
