All rules in this subpart, Subpart 1 of this part, and Subpart 2 of this part apply to the combative sport of kickboxing, provided however, in the event of a conflict between this subpart, Subpart 1 of this part, and Subpart 2 of this part, the rules in this subpart prevail.
