The State Athletic Commission hereby adopts by reference the rules and guidelines in effect on the effective date of this part for the ABC with respect to issuance of identification cards, suspension of licenses, and event results reporting required by the Professional Boxing Safety Act of 1996 and the Muhammad Ali Boxing Reform Act.
