Managers shall:

1. (1) Have a fiduciary obligation to deal fairly with and act in the best interests of the contestant or contestants they represent;
2. (2) Ensure the contestant or contestants they represent observe and comply with the suspensions issued by the commission;
3. (3) Ensure the contestant or contestants they represent comply with the Act and this part; and
4. (4) If in attendance at an event where a contestant is both competing and represented by the manager, must attend the instructions and rules meeting prior to the contest.
