At the discretion and under the direction and control of the promoter and if licensed by the State Athletic Commission, may in connection with an event perform, negotiate, obtain, or assist with setup for any of the following:

1. (1) Event site or event site rental;
2. (2) Required equipment or supplies;
3. (3) Concessions;
4. (4) Advertising or marketing;
5. (5) Media coverage of the event;
6. (6) Ticketing;
7. (7) Event staff;
8. (8) Security;
9. (9) Officials; and
10. (10) Doctor, ambulance, and onsite paramedics or medical personnel.
