(a)

1. (1) The Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers shall meet at least twice a year at a time and place designated by the Chair of the Arkansas Board of Hearing Instrument Dispensers in his or her official call of such meetings.
2. (2) Provided, however, additional special meetings may be held if, in the discretion of the chair, such special meetings are necessary.

(b)

1. (1) Regular meetings may be called by the chair giving ten (10) days’ notice thereof.

2. (2) Such notice shall:

   1. (A) Be in writing; and
   2. (B) Set forth the time and place of such meeting.

3. (3) Special meetings of the board:

   1. (A) May be called by the chair at any reasonable time; or
   2. (B) Shall be called by the chair at any time upon the request of a majority of the members of the board.

(c)

1. (1) A majority of the voting members of the board shall constitute a quorum.
2. (2) If a quorum is not present at the time of such called meeting, the meeting shall be adjourned to a day to be designated by the chair.
