Should the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling have unresolved questions of competence it may require any one (1) or all of the following:

1. (1) Additional academic work;
2. (2) Additional supervised experience;
3. (3) Additional training;
4. (4) Additional references or recommendations;
5. (5) Clarification of statement of intent;
6. (6) Oral interview;
7. (7) Training documentation; or
8. (8) Other evidence deemed necessary to satisfy the board as to the qualifications and/or fitness and competence of the applicant to practice as a counselor or marriage and family therapist.
