(c) An oral interview may be scheduled for applicants upon receipt by the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling of the following:

1. (1) A passing score on the written examinations;
2. (2) The applicant's final official transcripts reflecting degree conferred;
3. (3) Background checks; and
4. (4) All other application requirements.

(d) The oral interview may include:

1. (1) A review of the applicant's statement of intent;
2. (2) Questions from the board relative to the profession of counseling/therapy; and
3. (3) Questions about credentials submitted with the application.
