In order to be eligible as a licensed professional counselor, an applicant must:

1. (1) Meet the requirements of 17 CAR § 75-302, with the exception of 17 CAR § 75-302(a)(3); and
2. (2) Provide evidence of three thousand (3,000) client contact hours of supervised experience in professional counseling acceptable to the Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling.
