(a) License application fees are:

1. (1) Application fee, initial LAC/LPC/LAMFT/LMFT license, one hundred dollars ($100);
2. (2) Application for board-approved supervisor status fee, fifty dollars ($50.00);
3. (3) Application extension fee, fifty dollars ($50.00); and
4. (4) New license fee, LAC to LPC or LAMFT to LMFT, fifty dollars ($50.00).

(b) The Arkansas Board of Examiners in Counseling shall waive the initial application fee if the applicant:

1. (1) Is receiving assistance through the:

   1. (A) Arkansas Medicaid Program;
   2. (B) Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program;
   3. (C) Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children;
   4. (D) Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Program; or
   5. (E) Lifeline Assistance Program;
2. (2) Was approved for unemployment within the last twelve (12) months; or
3. (3) Has an income that does not exceed two hundred percent (200%) of the federal poverty income guidelines.
