1. (a) Apprenticed dispensing opticians must obtain four thousand eight hundred (4,800) actual hours of supervision to qualify as three (3) years of supervision.
2. (b) These hours must be submitted on the Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians-approved form and certified by the licensed or registered dispensing optician under whose supervision the apprentice is acting.

Codification Notes: This section as promulgated prior to codification into the Code of Arkansas Rules contained a footnote immediately following "four thousand eight hundred (4,800)" as follows: "2 Hours computed on a basis of 32 hours per week for a period of 50 weeks in a twelve month period of time times 3 years."
