The published rules of the Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians will be organized substantially in the following format:
- (1) Statement of organization and operations;
- (2) Information for public guidance;
- (3) General organization;
- (4) Rulemaking;
- (5) Emergency rulemaking;
- (6) Declaratory orders;
- (7) Adjudicative hearings;
- (8) Licensing; and
- (9) Et seq., substantive rules and other rules of the board.
