- (a) The Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians will give notice of proposed rulemaking to be published pursuant to Arkansas Code § 25-15-204.
(b) The notice will:
- (1) Set any written comment period; and
- (2) Specify the time, date, and place of any public hearing.
