- (a) Five (5) members of the Arkansas Board of Dispensing Opticians shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
- (b) All official action of the board must be approved by the majority vote of the members present and voting except where a two-thirds (⅔) or three-fourths (¾) majority vote is required by this part.
