17 CAR § 70-1007
Any licensed, registered, or apprentice dispensing optician who has not paid his or her renewal fee in full by July 1 of that year shall be required to pay the following renewal penalty:
| July 1 – July 31 | $25.00 |
| August 1 – August 31 | $50.00 |
| September 1 – September 30 | $75.00 |
