As used in this part:

1. (1) “Apprentice plumber” means a person other than a Master, Journeyman, or Restricted License holder who is registered and enrolled in the apprentice plumber training program outlined in Arkansas Code § 17-38-401 et seq.;
2. (2) “Committee of Plumbing Examiners” means people designated by the State Board of Health to determine the eligibility of applicants for various types of plumbing and gas licenses in accordance with Acts 1951, No. 200, as amended;
3. (3) “Department” means the Plumbing and Natural Gas Section of the Department of Health;

4. (4) “Restricted lifetime master plumber” means a person who:

   1. (A) Has met the qualifications for such license; and
   2. (B) Does not exceed the limitations or geographical restrictions defined in this part; and
5. (5) “State board” means the State Board of Health.
