(b) All massage therapy schools, massage therapy postsecondary schools, Massage Therapist licenses, Master Massage Therapist licenses, Massage Instructor licenses, and spa and clinic registration letters shall be conspicuously posted in a designated place:

1. (1) In reception areas;
2. (2) Outside individual work rooms; or
3. (3) In the clinic area.

(c) A copy of the online complaint website and phone number for the Department of Health Cosmetology, Body Art, and Massage Therapy Section shall be posted in a designated place:

1. (1) In reception areas;
2. (2) Outside individual work rooms; or
3. (3) In the clinic area.
