- (a) To ensure compliance with the laws and rules governing the operations of schools of massage therapy and clinics, the Department of Health’s authorized representatives shall have access to enter any and all parts of the premises of any school of massage therapy or clinic that is open for business, or at any time that the instruction or practice of massage therapy is being conducted, for the purpose of making inspections to determine compliance with this part.
- (b) The department shall also be permitted access to all required records.
- (c) Refusal to permit or interference with an inspection and/or audit constitutes a cause for disciplinary action.
