(a)
- (1) The Drinking Water Advisory and Operator Licensing Committee shall elect a chair who shall serve for a term of one (1) year.
- (2) The election shall occur at the first meeting of the state fiscal year.
- (b) The committee shall utilize "Robert's Rules of Order" as a guide for procedures for conducting business.
- (c) In the event that more than one (1) person is appointed to the committee at a particular State Board of Health meeting, the new appointees shall draw lots to determine which of the vacant terms that each shall fill.
