- (a) The State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services shall waive the renewal fee for any funeral director, embalmer, or crematory retort operator whose license has been in force and effect for fifty (50) years or more.
- (b) On the fiftieth anniversary of that license, a lifetime license may be issued by the board, provided the licensee is in good standing.
- (c) Any licensee who has been licensed for fifty (50) years or more is eligible for a lifetime license.
