Duplicate embalmer, funeral director, crematory retort operator, and funeral establishment licenses
Arkansas Code § 23-61-1103
- (a) Any licensee may request a duplicate license.
- (b) The request shall be accompanied by the required fee.
- (c) The fee shall be paid for each duplicate embalmer, funeral director, crematory retort operator, or establishment license issued.
- (d) Each duplicate license will state the license number and expiration date.
