(a) Any person desiring to apprentice in the business of funeral directing or embalming with more than one (1) firm may do so by:

1. (1) Completing the applicable apprenticeship form or forms, statement of apprenticeship form; and
2. (2) Registering with the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services office.
