- (a) Any person who has served and completed an apprenticeship, but who did not pass the Arkansas Laws, Rules, and Regulations Exam, will be required to start the apprenticeship from the beginning when ten (10) or more years have passed since the apprenticeship was completed.
- (b) Starting the apprenticeship again from the beginning includes completing the required number of case reports.
