- (a) All funeral director and embalmer case reports must be filed in the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services office no later than the tenth of the month following the month in which the work was actually performed.
- (b) Incomplete case reports will not be accepted, and as such, they will be returned to the apprentice.
