- (a) License holders agree that board representatives have the right to inspect the crematory and the records of the crematory authority at any time.
(b)
- (1) License holders shall also agree to hold valid licenses issued by any other applicable regulatory agencies.
- (2) Failure to hold such other licenses or permits, when they are necessary to be held, shall be considered a violation of this part.
(c)
- (1) Personal items placed or caused to be placed in the cremation container with the body of the deceased shall not be removed by the crematory authority or its representatives.
- (2) This provision does not apply if the items could cause harm to the crematory or to the crematory authority personnel during the cremation process.
- (d) Any items removed from the cremation container shall be returned to the authorizing agent.
- (e) All cremations of human remains in this state shall be arranged through the holder of a licensed funeral establishment.
- (f) Records required by this rule of crematory authorities, disposition authorities, and other parties shall be maintained in accordance with 17 CAR § 30-701 et seq.
