(a)

1. (1) Any person, partnership, enterprise, corporation, or any other form of organization holding himself, herself, or itself out to be in the business of the care and disposition of the human dead in this state shall be required to hold valid licenses issued by the State Board of Embalmers, Funeral Directors, Cemeteries, and Burial Services.
2. (2) The entity shall also comply with the rules of the board pertaining to said care and disposition.

(b)

1. (1) Any establishment that offers the online sale of funeral or final disposition services in the State of Arkansas must hold the required licenses issued by the board.
2. (2) Establishments that offer online sales of services shall have a physical location in the State of Arkansas.
