17 CAR § 393-201 – Officers

(a) The officers of the State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors will be:
1. (1) Chair;
2. (2) Vice chair; and
3. (3) Secretary/treasurer.
(b) Election of officers will be held annually.
(c) These officers shall perform the duties prescribed by:
1. (1) Applicable law;
2. (2) This part; and
3. (3) The parliamentary authority adopted by the agency.
