(a) Self report.

1. (1) As a condition of adherence to the process of enforcing this part, any counselor charged with a violation by a board of professional associates shall report such actions to the Ethics Committee of the State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors within thirty (30) days of said charges.

(b) Discovery of charges and/or sanctions.

1. (1) The State Board of Examiners of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse Counselors may initiate a request for the status of any ethical charge brought against a licensee by any other licensing jurisdiction or board and monitor the findings for disposition.
