The State Board of Optometry may suspend or revoke an optometric physician certification of any optometrist who violates any of the provisions of:

1. (1) Optometry law;
2. (2) This part;
3. (3) Acts 1979, No. 710;
4. (4) Acts 1985, No. 875;
5. (5) Acts 1987, No. 101; or
6. (6) Acts 1997, Nos. 176 and 186.
