(b)

1. (1) If a guest instructor teaches any portion of the required training the credentialed training administrator or assistant training administrator must be present during the instruction.
2. (2) This requirement does not apply to instruction provided to private investigator applicants by a two-year or four-year college, university, or technical program with regional and/or national accreditation.

(c) The guest instructor must:

1. (1) Sign the section of the training page containing the curriculum they instructed; and

2. (2) Include his or her:

   1. (A) Name;
   2. (B) Address;
   3. (C) Telephone number; and
   4. (D) Date of birth.
