(a) The Director of the Division of Arkansas State Police may revoke a license, credential, or commission if during the term of the license, credential, or commission:

1. (1) An individual becomes ineligible under the criteria set forth in state or federal law or this part; or
2. (2) The Division of Arkansas State Police receives notification from any law enforcement agency, court, or the individual that a licensee, credential holder, or commission holder has been found guilty or has pleaded guilty or nolo contendere to any crime.
