Transfer license, credential, or commission
Arkansas Code § 17-39-215; Arkansas Code § 17-40-207; Arkansas Code § 17-40-302
(a) Individuals who wish to transfer a license, credential, or commission from one (1) company to another must:
- (1) Complete the transfer application; and
- (2) Submit the required background check and transfer fees.
(b) The transfer fee is twenty dollars ($20.00) for:
- (1) Alarm systems agents;
- (2) Alarm systems apprentices;
- (3) Alarm systems technicians;
- (4) Alarm systems monitors; and
- (5) Security guards.
- (c) The transfer fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00) for credentialed private investigators.
