An applicant must submit with their new polygraph application:

1. (1) Either:

   1. (A) One (1) copy of his or her college transcript or diploma; or
   2. (B) Proof of five (5) consecutive years of active law enforcement experience shall be documented on agency letterhead; and
2. (2) Certificate of completion from an accredited polygraph course.
