An applicant for a polygraph examiner license or an intern polygraph examiner license may satisfy the requirements of Arkansas Code § 17-39-202(3) with five (5) consecutive years of investigative experience in law enforcement, the United States Armed Forces, or the private sector, so long as the applicant performed investigation-related duties as his or her primary occupation during that period.
